The school had long requested for an additional building to the current three-storey structure to cater for the growing enrolment, according to Buntong assemblyman A. Sivasubramaniam.

The government, he said, had announced the allocation in 2018.

Following the change in government, however, there has been no word on the fund, he said as he urged the current government to quickly act on the matter.
