Samsung Malaysia has announced Flood Relief Programme to assist those who were affected by the recent flood. Through the programme which will be open until the end of January 2022, one can obtain a one-time inspection, cleaning, and repair services for Samsung products without any costs.
While the inspection, cleaning, and repair services are being provided for free by Samsung Flood Relief Programme, it does not cover the cost of spare parts though. In other words, you still have to pay for any new parts that need to be replaced in your Samsung devices or home appliances.
At the same time, you also need to bring the affected products over to Samsung Customer Service Centre in order to utilize the free services. This could be a hassle for large-sized products such as refrigerators or washing machines.
Nevertheless, you may sign up for the programme by arranging an appointment through Samsung Malaysia’s customer service hotline at 1800-88-999. Alternatively, you can also do so through the Live Chat agent on Samsung Malaysia’s official website.
