In response to the recent flood that has displaced thousands of people throughout the country, several consumer electronics companies have offered a special repair program for devices that have been damaged by the flood. Among the latest on the list is OPPO who has announced its own Flood Relief Program.
Through the program, owners of flood-damaged OPPO smartphones can obtain up to 30% discount on selected spare parts for certain models. Unfortunately, the company didn’t provide the list of models that are eligible for the discount though and users have to consult directly with the nearest OPPO Customer Service Centre or My OPPO Space.
Meanwhile, users can also hand over their flood-damaged OPPO smartphones via courier and receive a 20% discount on the courier fee. Regardless of the walk-in or courier method, OPPO will not be charging any labour fees for repair jobs performed under its Flood Relief Program.
Customers have until 31 January 2022 to have their devices repaired through OPPO Flood Relief Program.
