While we have just celebrated Christmas a few days ago, the next festive season is already upon us. With Chinese New Year are just mere weeks away, you can expect special edition products to appear in the market in time for the occasion.
A recent example comes in the form of this special edition Beats Studio Buds. Given that 2022 is classified as the Year of the Tiger under the Chinese zodiac, it is not surprising that Apple decided to go with a tiger-inspired design for the charging case and earbuds on this model.
Furthermore, the mix of red and gold colourway is rather apt given how both colours have always been associated with Chinese New Year. Aside from what we have mentioned so far, Apple didn’t release any additional information regarding the special model though.
The earbuds which come with an active noise cancellation feature and have a battery life of up to 8 hours, will be made available from 1 January 2022 onwards although their release date for Malaysia is not yet known at the moment. The same goes for their pricing as well but as a comparison, the standard Beats Studio Buds are currently available for RM629.
